Don't do business with these people. They have no idea what they are doing. I hired them over a year ago to replace two geothermal heat pumps and the storage tanks. Programming issues took 8 months to resolve. plumbing leaks still not solved now the entire system is shut down because the storage tanks are leaking. Zone circulator pumps burned out along the way because the system was not purged after the install. Our house on lake winnipesaukee is 8500 sq ft and we have no heat.
Pete was great - figured out my gas burner issue fast and got the heat back on. Go Team Key!
Install iWave system that collects dust out of air and makes into larger molecules so the filter will collect it. Its maintenance free. Only hiccup was the main unit wasn't power on in the right sequence and Wi-Fi thermostat no longer work. Jason came back within 30 minutes and corrected in.
