Mike arrived early (!) for his scheduled appointment (sent a heads up notice 15-20 min before arrival) for an AC tune up. He got right to work explaining what he was going to put extra focus on based on his reviews of last years service call record. He did a great job explaining the results of his service call and his recommendations for preventative measures we could elect to take if we wanted to. NO pressure.
