We have reserved customer parking at our Crabtree Valley Mall store. We replace lost car keys and remotes and can come to you if you've lost all your keys for most cars plus we make keys for VW, Volvo,Jaguar,Lexus, Audi.

RecommendedKey Harbor made a new key for my son’s subaru after he lost his car keys! They saved us a ton of $ not going to subaru to have a new one made! Best of all, they drove to us and we didn’t have to have the car towed to them!
Rude, Rude, Rude...If customer service is KEY then you might stay away from this establishment. I stopped by here 3 weeks ago for a key fob replacement. The sales associate was a young kid who told me they did not have the fob I needed but could order it and it would be there in 2 days. He would call me when it was ready. I work out of town so it wasn't a big deal. Never received a call so here we are three weeks later, I send my boyfriend to pick up the new key fob. These folks were prompt in providing an estimate to repair the key fob for my 2011 Camry. Saved me $200! Got the repaired fob today, works like a champ! Strongly suggest your consider these folks to help you escape from the dealer's highway robbery.
So I came in May 21,2017 and spent over $200 on one key. Within 2 months the key remote started to separate. I couldn't get to the store due to work and their hours of operation. So today I go into the store because the remote separated. All the wires show and so does the battery. The manager says he's never seen this happen yet the best he can do is make another key for $200 again. I'm sorry the key isn't a year old. If you've never seen this happen why not fix the situation. Purchased some blank keys from an online retailer. There was a card to refer to locksmiths and Key Harbor was one of a few shops in the Triangle area. Stopped there on the way to a meeting and was pleasantly greeted by the staff their. They looked at my blanks and confirmed that they would work with my vehicle. 30 minutes later I am walking out with 2 additional keys that can be used. Great customer service!
