The best of the best! I used Key 2 Pest control in 2018 when i purchased my little 1954 cottage and after 2 stores last year that flooded our town I have been keeping a close watch. Sure enough I found evidence of termites a week ago, Called Carol at Key 2 and she had Heath out same day, found both dry woods and subs, they had bait stations in for the subs in 2 days and house tented in 3. Kind of think it's a scam. So 1 year ago in July I noticed termites. Set up for treatment with this company, never met the people. They drove by and gave me an estimate. I left early the day of treatment but they didn't end up actually applying the tarp till the afternoon, like 3pm. which is fine but then the tarp was taken off the next day at by 7am.
