Needed to program the key to my car; without it, my car wouldn't turn over. I really appreciated that: they squeezed me in, had great communication, and arrived right when they were expected to. Luckily they brought their own key, because the 1 I ordered, didn't work. Very professional and lightning fast work. (If anyone has an issue with their pricing; just know that's a standard rate of work. They're NOT taking advantage of you, or scamming you). Would definitely use their services again; just hopefully I'll never need to.

Very positive experience with Patrick and Brenna. Patrick is a master locksmith who works with you to meet your needs at competitive prices. I had doors and locks installed at my home. Patrick and crew had great communication and showed up on time. They adapted and overcame the issues with old doors and everything was installed correctly, the first time. Patrick is an expert and his many years as a locksmith is invaluable. Their customer service is above and beyond. I have had to work with them on a warranty issue and they w... read more

I am a manager at a local dealership and I had an elderly client who could not complete a missing / damaged key claim without help. Key-En-Lock not only helped him submit the claim, but they assisted me when the warranty company needed additional information. When I send an email to their service department, Brenna was very fast to respond (within minutes of the many times I wrote her needing something). She provided me with everything I needed to help our mutual client get reimbursed for the claim. Thank you Key-En-Lock... read more

Patrick was great. Right on time as scheduled. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to explain the details of what he was doing and how the various components worked. His quality safe lock service fee was very reasonable as well. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

Amazing! Super fast, exactly what they said it would cost upfront. Now I even have a spare key. Polite service tech Patrick was efficient and skilled. Glad to support a local company that answers their phone right here in Brevard County!
