I recently stopped using Key Drugs after a disappointing experience, particularly following the closure of their Barron Road location. The service quality declined significantly, with most staff members coming across as unfriendly and unapproachable. Calling the pharmacy was especially frustrating—my inquiries were often met with sighs and a tone that made me feel like an inconvenience.
