Absolutely recommend this office even though it was my first visit and I have actually not had any work done But the dentist he is awesome kind he took so much time and he listened to my unbelievable story and just him allowing me to explain everything .MOST DENTISTS IN MY 63 YEARs of life have never took the time to pull up a chair and listen without cutting you off and saying that doesn’t matter or like that, I felt like I was at a medical clinic talking to a medical doctor. Havent had a good few years here. Any work they have done of my teeth has resulted in further damage. Drill, drill, drill. Teeth weakening, falling to pieces. Fillings falling out. Not sure what I'm paying for anymore. The work simply has not been good. Nice dentist. Nice people. Great setup. But the results have been poor. Changing dentists after this final visit this month.
My experience here has been great! I don't speak much English but they never made fun of me. I am very grateful to the doctor and his staff! We had a small problem and their response was great and fast! They are very accommodating and I highly recommend a visit!
Great Dentist and Hygienist. Recommend them highly! Iris is an excellent Hygienist - super thorough and very nice. Dr. Key is so pleasant and easy going. The new clinic is beautiful and the location is of course amazing - English Bay!!!
