It’s true this HOA management company won’t answer your calls, I contacted the community manager after a branch felt on my legs, this branch was so thick it throw me on the floor, I was lucky enough it didn’t hit my head or I’ll be dead. I sent them pictures and asked them to please cut these branches surrounding the parking lot and my property to prevent future accidents but they never did it.
