Key City Insurance has absolutely terrible service. My husband was with this insurance company for more than 10 years. Suddenly we get notification that our insurance is going up by $100 per month with zero explanation. Husband calls to find out why and is promised a return call. No such call received. I call and force an explanation about the rate change, and get told it is due to a car accident that occurred TWO years prior. Unbelievable Customer Service I never called my old insurance agent outside of business hours. I thought I was being respectful. What I was getting was sub-par service. Key City Insurance is more than just my insurance agency, it is a place that I rely on for advice on my family's protection against disaster. Disasters don't just strike during business hours. Key City made this clear to me and I've never been happier with my insurance agent than I am now.
