Terrible Key City Insurance has absolutely terrible service. My husband was with this insurance company for more than 10 years. Suddenly we get notification that our insurance is going up by $100 per month with zero explanation. Husband calls to find out why and is promised a return call. No such call received. I call and force an explanation about the rate change, and get told it is due to a car accident that occurred TWO years prior. You Get What You Pay For There's no doubt about it- Bear River can offer you some great prices. Expect to have a shotty experience, though! After they requested my husband surrender his license so they could insure him (he did have 2 tickets, one of which rolls off in a month) we sent them all requested paperwork from the DMV saying it had been surrendered. Two hours later, we received notice from Bear River saying they were not going to insure us- and had changed their decision. They would refund us the rest of our money (a... read more

All around great My agent is Julie and she is fast working and very effecitent. She really knows what she is doing and by time I left I felt like I new exactly what coverages I had and didn't have. Plus my rates where great and they have several compaines they work with so I was able to go with the one that fit my needs the best
