The service that Mr James ray provided was excellent he’s needs a raise
I just left the dealership after paying for my service i met with the sales manager and service manager so I could tell them my frustration with their customer service my last 4 visits. I have been a customer there for many years but will not be returning. My last visits I have been told it was going to be taken care of in a timely manner and that was never the case. At one point they had my vehicle for 90 days and I had to pay for a rental in which they damaged what they were supposed to fix by not following the manufacture... read more
