We went to Key Auto Group to get a replacent key fob for our Ram 1500. We called ahead to make an appointment for 1 pm. Ron was very friendly and Andrew was very helpful when we got there, but the appointment had not been put into the computer, so we waited for the other service jobs to clear, giving him all the info again in person. Their service department sucks and apparently they don’t the right kind of techs to work on my 2021 Jeep Cherokee. Been towed there for over a week and still no answers. And tow I had to pay for to get it there.
Brung my diesel jeep grand Cherokee for repairs. Oil cooler needed replaced, coolant flush, water pump replacement also oil change and some other things also. Was told to bring back after 500miles for another coolant flush on them. Instead service advisor Billie ann tried to make me pay about $300 some of dollars for flush, had to get manager involved that took care of that problem right away.
