Professional and caring staff.
Excellent Sales Department. Life is not perfect and the customer should not expect it to be. Parts can break and miscommunications can happen. What the customer should expect though is to be treated with care and decency. There was a problem with my truck when I bought it, but Key Chrysler in White River Junction followed through on their commitments and made it right. Getting told it was supposed to be a $700 start to finish. But some how adds $300 because a hole needs to be re threaded. I wish I could get $300 for re threading a bolt hole for someone. Will never go there again! Back to Springfield dodge I go!!
