Honestly.. I have never trusted a service center as much as I trust this one! I have had the absolute worst experience with my vehicle since purchasing it from Merchants Auto ( i know i know but back then I had no choice! Unfortunately they were the only place that would finance me at that time ) Anyway, last year I brought my Jeep into this service center and Tyler was immediately the most patient, informative, transparent and helpful guy ever!!!! Fair service prices and clean waiting room. Other area dealers wash your vehicle when service completed, offer complimentary snacks, beverages and video of their work. Paid $20 more than phone quote for oil change. Oh well... I may return but does not seem likely.
Bought a truck here almost a month ago at this point have not seen my previous loan payed off yet have already made one payment on the truck I no longer own and about to be charged a second tried reaching out to the dealer 5 times leaving 2 messages absolutely no communication from the dealer
