Appreciate the attention and time taken by the service department with my Jeep 4xe. What is a frustrating position to be in with this vehicle I felt heard and taken care of by the service team. They took the time to explain the process fix multiple issues in addition to the recalls and keep me informed and updated.
This review is for the service department. Over the past two years I've suffered screw-up after screw-up with these folks, but today was the last straw. They won't get the chance to screw with me ever again. On a previous occasion they didn't return my vehicle when it was promised. I purchased a vehicle 2024 ram 2506.7 diesel 51,000 and change for mileage within a month I spent over $1000 because he was no pre-maintenance to the vehicle after being told there was and there was no jack in a vehicle!!!! Air filter $149 CVC valve $310 plus tax and another $148 to have it installed six minute job. Tires 5000 miles after purchasing it I need to get tires now I did not know that I had to go looking for a vehicle at a dealership with a tire gauge. Priceless.
*****Do not recommend***** I brought my truck to Key Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in White River Junction on January 19th for a transmission issue and approved a valve body replacement after being told it “should be all that’s needed.” That repair cost about $2,400 and did not resolve the problem. The vehicle remained inoperable. The next recommendation was to replace the entire transmission, which would remove the newly installed valve body—meaning the part I just paid for would effectively be discarded and provided no lasting v... read more
