Very friendly staff and sales person. Ethan was great salesman.
Bought a car from them over the phone since I'm in a not so close area of Vermont. It was quick and easy, low pressure and a really good deal. Ethan was great to work with. I was selling my old car elsewhere but not close to where I live so to make it easier they drove the new car to that location. I was able to sell my old car and hop into the new one without a hassle.
Key took care of our Bolt very quickly and even identified a second problem also covered under warranty while it was in for the warranty coverage requested.
Went to Key Chevy GMC. Needed to get out of what I currently had in a pinch and Diego helped me thru the process so smoothly. I was in and out in less than 2 hours which is rare! He was super helpful with any questions, concerns or with the things I wanted! I will certainly be coming back when it’s time for my next vehicle!
So happy with the service here. When Banks told me I couldn't get in to have my only means of transportation fixed until 3+ weeks later, Fred Pierce got me in right away. I mean same day drop off, diagnosed that afternoon, ordered parts and fixed by day 3! I'm so happy, will definitely recommend and return when needed myself. Justin A. was the mechanic on my car and he is super knowledgeable and professional! I am so appreciative! 5 stars for sure 😉
