Key Carpet was wonderful to work with. They got us scheduled quickly. They did LVP and carpets for us. We worked with Cory and West and they were both fantastic, timely, and efficient! Thanks again!
Laurie J was a wonderful sales rep who was knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful. Follow thru was terrific. Eric K was the installer who arrived promptly, communicated with me on what was happening. Worked hard and diligently to get the job finished in one day so I could return to work the next day. Such a kind young man with a great work ethic. Highly recommend using Key Carpet for quality work, product and value. Will use them again when we look to additional flooring replacement.
Worked with Madi on my insurance claim to replace flooded flooring. This is my 20th year having Key Carpet /Madi assist with my flooring and I can tell you they are the best! Madi is a great communicator and organizes each project beautifully
Every person we interacted with was friendly, professional and easy to work with. The carpeting looks BEAUTIFUL! Bobby did a great job of measuring, the installers were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Kyle was the best! He understood our needs and worked with us every step of the way. We are extremely happy with our new flooring and carpeting installed by Key Carpet. The installers were Cory, on the flooring, he did a very meticulous job, we couldn't be happier. The carpet installation by Brian, Omar, and Bobbie were very professional. All of the installers went far above and beyond what we expected.
