We used Key Carpet for LVP in our kitchen, family room, and laundry room, and they were wonderful! Working with Laurie was a breeze - she was so sweet, patient, and responsive. She worked very hard to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for, and then made sure we had the best installers in the business. And they did not disappoint! Our project went very smoothly from beginning to end. Definitely a five star job!
I have decided to pursue a different supplier. My experience in working with Kay Carpet was disappointing. My perception is the Key Carpet prefers to do business with real estate companies and not individual homeowners.
Chris came to take measurements and was very nice. He never provided a quote and never returned my call or messages.
