We recently had an upper 1970s Addition carpeted by Key Carpet. We had an exceptional experience with Key Carpet from the Sales Associate Jonathan to the Installation Team led by Erasmo. For the Sales, Jonathan helped us choose styles and colors specific to our function. We appreciated and followed his advice. For the Installation, Erasmo helped us solve three issues with the our additions setup in regard to the carpet installation, bringing solutions for each. We had a rollercoaster experience with Key. It started very well with meeting Jonathan who showed us lots of kid and pet friendly options for our basement. We'd just moved in and he wasn't phased by the chaos. When we received the quote, we noticed that the pad thickness for under the carpet didn't match the measurement needed to keep the warranty for the brand of carpet we chose. Key carpets did a great job replacing the existing carpet in my home. Jesus was extremely competent, professional with the installation and I strongly recommend him to others. Laurie J was a wonderful sales rep who was knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful. Follow thru was terrific. Eric K was the installer who arrived promptly, communicated with me on what was happening. Worked hard and diligently to get the job finished in one day so I could return to work the next day. Such a kind young man with a great work ethic. Highly recommend using Key Carpet for quality work, product and value. Will use them again when we look to additional flooring replacement.
