If you have a business with a complex structure and unique requirements, KBS is the goto firm. If you have an audit (god forbid), or a case in the tax courts, KBS is the firm to go to. I had a very disappointing experience with this tax consultant. Communication was slow and unclear, and I often had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. Important documents were delayed, and there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail. What’s worse, there were errors in the final return that could have cost me money if I hadn’t caught them myself. When I raised concerns, I felt dismissed rather than helped.
