Come in two people and quite available if you are in urgent to find a home inspector. Nice and patient people. In my case, some problems were not found on-site and the reports were in quite ambiguous language. Plus, I could only follow one person at a time and missed the chance to go through the whole real estate entirely.
I've worked with Kris and Ken twice and recommend them as they are tops! The inspection is exhaustive and there is nothing that they don't see--I had them when I purchased and again ten years later before selling so that no surprises would come up when it sold. It was dismaying both times that they found so much wrong for me to deal with but they were spot on. The visit is lengthy, the report is lengthy and I felt they were a terrific value for all the time they devoted to the job.
