If it were possible I would give it less than 1 star, don't waste your time, this company is a bad joke, everyone here is always busy eating and talking but never doing their job. In November of last year, I had an accident with a deer, I would take my vehicle to be repaired and they were very quick in starting the insurance claim and cashing the checks after 3 months, they were still waiting for the parts to repair my vehicle, their excuse was always the same, finally after 6 months they delivered my vehicle to me, with the... read more

Good customer service, quality work
The hood of my Dodge Grand Caravan had started to rust and the paint began to bubble. (5yrs old) The hood was replaced and painted. I received my vehicle ahead of schedule. (Thank you so much.) The service, I received was absolutely amazing. It made me feel that I had made new friends for life. Thank you Tammy , Nate and all the Body Shop.
Key Body Shop did an excellent job repairing my vehicle (Jeep Grand Cherokee) after a recent accident. The service was outstanding and the communication was always excellent. They were gracious enough to provide a loaner vehicle while my car was at their shop so that I wouldn’t have to go through the hassle of acquiring a rental via insurance.
