Spoke to Khalid initially by phone, who was very helpful from start to finish. Friendly, helpful and adaptable. Phoned at 11.00 about a car, needed some advice which he needed to consult somebody else about. It was speedily sorted and he rang back within 5 minutes. Khalid answered all my questions about the car I was interested over the phone and made me really feel comfortable.
