Lived in Key Apartment for over 9 years and enjoyed every bit of it, the care taker (Manager) Mr Duwayne is very friendly, helpful, always ready to help you out in order to make your stay at Key apartment a comfortable one...such a homely place I recommend 100% Peter and Jessica
Manager is nice and good amount of space. Otherwise only one thing was ever fixed out of many problems. Like light switches, outlets, bathroom fan, and ac (which I was told was working) the only thing that was fixed was a light cover. Also neighbors smoked and hallways smelled of mold and pee. Pretty sure I was getting sick from living there. After moving out you will have to pay for stuff they should be doing anyway between people living in a space. Also place is outdated for the price you pay.
Don’t bother putting in maintenance requests. Waste of your time. Also, don’t bother cleaning your apartment when you leave. Manager will still deduct 200 for cleaning, even if its spotless.
Too expensive for the outdated apartment. At the end of my 6 months lease, I spent days to clean the apartment before handing over the keys. The apartment was made in condition as I had received initially. Even then, they deducted good amount of money for the cleaning service. I am not happy about it. If that was the case, I could had left the apartment as it is without wasting my time.
