Worst help ever they had a system issues and when I called them directly they could not assist and referred me to the 800 number. What’s the point of them taking all my info and payment but when I need help they can’t do a dam thing. Would give zero starts if I could
Insurance did not cover my laps even I paid, I got suspended registration and I didn't know even.. agent dissappear, phone line connection get broken all the time. When they don't have answer, they broke line. Agent is very rude, I never before experienced something like this.
If I could not give a star to leave a review I would never give them one. Steer clear of this company. They say one thing and before you know it your policy is canceled without your knowledge before the 30 day term you paid for is even complete. I live in Nevada where it is mandatory to have insurance or your plates will be suspended by the DMV. You will also be charged a fine to reinstate them.
