I had to cancel & get a refund & Jermaine went the distance to help me do it. He’s a great guy, caring & does his job how it should be done. This place is very nice, have a great people working here, but Jermaine is the man, I’ll never forget you man!
the BEST hostel i’ve ever stayed at. bedding was so comfortable, i got the info from the front desk and want to purchase next time i buy linens. sauna in the basement? incredible. everything was luxurious and i will definitely be staying here when i return to portland!
I have not stayed in this hotel, but I frequent their bar! The bartenders were SO nice and made great drinks :) The food was incredible! I am really critical about Salmon, and they had some of the best salmon I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The skin was perfectly crispy and the salmon was so flaky and perfectly seasoned. I brought home a chicken sandwich for my partner, which they thoroughly enjoyed. I’ve also been to their rooftop bar, which was also serving up delicious cocktails, and is wonderfully decorated!

GOOD: Facilities are upscale and clean. Not a party hostel, very quiet. Free towels. Comfortable beds. Locks available to purchase ($4). The location is great. It’s very easy to get to where you need to go via public transit. Staff is very cordial. There’s a sauna, which I didn’t visit, and a very bare bones but effective (and clean!) gym. BAD: On a major ambulance route, they’re going by with lights and sirens every 20 minutes all hours of the day/night. Dorm doors slam LOUD.
