It takes forever to get maintenance to do anything. I had a tenant above me who used to dump water all over his floor that would leak into my bathroom and cause it to flood. This happened twice, maintenance was notified both times, and it took them at least 3 months to send someone to first off check it and then it took another month and a half to two months for them to send a contractor to repair it.
