I have lived in the area for about 2 years and have visited this salon several times. The spa pedicure is reasonably priced at around $50, making it an affordable option. The technicians are friendly, courteous, and provide good customer service. However, I have found that the pedicures do not last as long as I would expect, and the services often feel somewhat rushed. Appointments mean very little here. I had high hopes for Kew Garden Nail & Spa given its reputation for being a down-to-earth neighborhood spot, but the scheduling management is incredibly frustrating. I made a specific appointment in advance, yet I was treated exactly like a walk-in and forced to endure a very long wait. I did gel nail polish here & it started to peel same day. I came to tell them, they offered to file my already short nails and put another layer on it to fix. I wanted them to do it again she told me they will charge me for it. There is no apology. Two before 2 after it’s fixed still has bumps, not smooth.
