I did gel nail polish here & it started to peel same day. I came to tell them, they offered to file my already short nails and put another layer on it to fix. I wanted them to do it again she told me they will charge me for it. There is no apology. Two before 2 after it’s fixed still has bumps, not smooth.

After starting builder-gel manicures for the first time a few weeks prior, Christy was very kind and professional about answering my questions. She is a perfectionist and made sure my nails were buffed to my preferred length. I love the design she made! Gladys did my pedicure and always takes care of me whenever I'm due for a clean pedi I never have any complaints when I come here.
