Caught the owner lying multiple times. Honesty is not his strong suite. Actually told me it took him an hour to change transmission fluid. Charge me over $750 for a fluid change. Told my wife they would have it done in a couple hrs and took all day to get to it. Watch out for his $20 surcharge if you pay with a credit card. His shop rate is $140 an hour and he pretty much takes his time. I preformed the same fluid change with no lift in the same time it takes him. Owner doesn't seam much to care if he retains customer.
