Kevin Properties displays a clear distaste for maintaining their facilities.
DO not recommend them at all. Extremely condescending and unprofessional. They have 'gotcha' clauses in their leases where they can basically penalize you for having overnight guests. We have to pay rent on time but apparently it's okay for them to penalize us for having maintenance work done. Quite frankly, I don't think they see their tenants as human beings but as assets.
