Dreadful, awful, worst you could imagine, and last but NOT least DON'T DO IT!!!!!! Scam artist in their field. We paid on time every month, fixed many things they absolutely wouldn't, and added so much value to their home just so they could absolutely rob us of our deposit for things that were not even true. I look at Kevo in three stages: Tremendously responsive helping us find an apartment last year. Moderately responsive on maintenance requests, because while attempts were made to fix problems... the rain water coming thru windows, the front and back doors took repeated services and still never completely succeeded. Warped wood door/window frames and vinyl floor tiles resulted (and quite possibly mold). (SIENNA RIDGE) UNIT 208* 1428 NW 27th St. , Oklahoma City OK 73106: NOT RECOMMENDED I wanted to like this apartment but in a little over a year, the entire place fell decrepit before my very eyes. One broken AC, two broken refrigerators, two broken washing machines & a partridge in a pear tree! Cheap wood all over the apartment with mold, especially under the sinks. The building Im in has had a high exit rate due to the management company not fulfilling maintenance requests. Ive had to wait four months to get a request fixed. Rent with someone else your dollars should go to someone who cares about you.
I am living here for 6 years. Everything is good except this apartment has huge plumbing issues. Every once a while our apartment bathtub is flooded with dirty water from the comode. The plumber had no idea about this. Every time the plumber comes, try something different and issue solve for a while. Then after a months or weeks the problem resurface again. We are still living as this is really close to our work and changing address is not an option for us now.
