Made the mistake of trying to live cheap at another place and ran into countless issues such as black mold/non working AC/water heater issues. Since moving here, It has been a dream come true. I am so happy with where I live and want to urge new people moving into the city to spend a little more for a decent place such as RDS Homes/Kevo Prop. I genuinely promise you will not regret it. I will likely live with them until I buy a home, and you bet I will also try buying from them.
