I have tried to order from KO on two different occasions. They seem to have a problem getting the item into the box and to the shipping company. I have had to cancel both orders and go somewhere else. Too bad because their products look very nice! If you can get them that is...
UPDATE: As of today, 8/30/23, Kevin’s Offroad has still not refunded me my money for the purchase. They initiated the refund, via PayPal since I used this form of payment, on 8/18/23, but after a week of it not hitting my bank account, I contacted PayPal and they informed me that the transaction should be completed by 8/31/23. This company is pathetic. I ordered a set of rock sliders on 6/19/23 and was informed that same day by some rep named Rob that my order would be worked on and shipped out the following week, but I had to take some measurements of my vehicle for the order, which I did in that very moment. Kevin's off road had what I needed and even with a mistake on my part with a email was taken care of.
Bought and installed the dual-stabilizer kit for my 2004 WJ after having replaced EVERYTHING chasing the cause of my DW. Instructions were a bit vague, and noticed the stabilizer bushing sleeves needed to be reamed to fit the hardware provided, BUT fixed the issue. Can finally drive comfortably.
