I had an appointment set up with them to look at a tree that fell so that can give me an estimate of what it would cost to get rid of it for me. They never showed up! We called them up and the woman that answered the phone said that she would let the guys know. We never heard back from them. We called again the following week end that woman didn't even say sorry. All she said one again was I'll let the guys know!

Hello Angie, we had a scheduled appointment for Friday 6/26/2020 between 4-5. Kevin was there and couldn’t get anyone to the door and tried calling as well with no answer. He did say there was a red mustang parked along the street as well. He did look at the downed tree in the back yard, so if you would still like estimate we could email over asap! sorry for any inconvenience.

Called three days in a row to get a response. Had an appointment with Kevin on a Friday afternoon, no show, no call. Had work scheduled on another Friday afternoon, no show, no call. Two Friday afternoons wasted. I wouldn’t use this company if they were the last one on earth.

This customer received a quote for bushes to be trimmed and during the estimate he told us we were too expensive and has someone less expensive. Customer Called back and wanted to try and schedule part of the job, Work was scheduled for 8/24, and customer called on the 17th and was very rude with our answering service stating we did not show up, which we were not scheduled that day.After that, Kevin called on the 20th , with no answer, but left a message and told him we were removing him from the schedule.. I personally don't write reviews but I have to with my experience. Kevin came out and gave an estimate promptly on taking down some very large dead oak trees and we decided to go with the quote. The crew came out and were very professional and thorough. The clean up afterwards was awesome! Great bunch of guys! Would highly recommend this company.

I was referred to Kevin's tree service by one of my neighbors, she Said that the crew was professional and did quality work, and she was definitely right! I would highly recommend them! This is the second time I've used them.
