I really don't mean to pull a hit job here, but Kevin's is among the worst businesses in NE Ark. They are cheaper than the other Heat/Air establishments, but the old saying "you get what you pay for" applies here big-time! Workers installed new unit and did so very badly. Within months, the new unit leaked all over the place, causing damage to my home (not paid for by Kevin's, though they know what they did). I was coming down Harrisburg road and a gray pickup truck(I believe it was a Chevy) decided to wait until the last minute and jump out in front of me coming off Medallion. I didn't make a big deal about it because we are all trying to get somewhere at that to of the morning. Funny because he had a baby on board sticker in the back window and was driving like a maniac. Did a horrible install (per Trane Corp) and then wouldn't actually fix my issues just kept charging me to recharge it every year. Had to get with the manufactured to get another HVAC service to fix my system. Horrible service and horrible to deal with.
