Just rude. I bought a car wash from the pump. Went in the left lane. No one is there. Inch forward, and someone pops out and says, "Don't inch forward." I should have said, then either be there or don't let me. Why should I be reprimanded for either the infrastructure allowing me to inch forward or a staff member not present.
I was there for the first time today. The girl working was so polite and nice. The carwash was clean and everything you needed was stocked. Anyone that does their own car should check out this carwash
I had a disappointing experience at the South Lincoln car wash. The free wash was far from thorough, leaving my car noticeably dirty. I felt pressured to purchase additional services, which was uncomfortable and off-putting. To make matters worse, I found minor scratches on my paint afterward. While not major, this reflects a lack of care in their process. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this location.
The employees are always so attentive and friendly. I have gone here for years and the service has always been exceptional.
