Wow, called cause I heard they're good. I asked how much the hourly rate was and was told it's by procedure. Then I was told they have to diagnose the problem. I am an ASE certified mechanic and know what the problem is. Its a faulty water pump that needs to be replaced. I suffered an injury and am not able to do it myself. She quoted 6 hours on the job even though the book says 3. She said I cant bring in my own part. I explained that I could purchase it direct from GM if it made them feel better.
