Overall Dr. Zhao provided great care as a doctor. He is patient and knowledgeable. I had some issues with the administrative side and office staff (see below). However, the doctor personally called me and resolved my issues. We are all human after all, bad things do happen, what is important is that he took responsibility to fix the situation.
