If you are in pain and in desperate need of a brace or any other orthopedic care don’t go here. It’s been over a month my husband had his appointment and because of missing paperwork the insurance hasn’t approved it. Meanwhile my husband’s ankle is still swollen and he’s in pain. I’ve visited the office requesting paperwork that the supply store has needed and nothing has been done. They don’t even answer calls. If I could give him a big fat zero I would! Run......... he messed up my foot and left me with nerve damage and a space between my toe!! He did a bunion surgery on me in 2016. Shorten my big toe and did not tell me so my second toe is so long now. I had problems with my foot because he put two plates and eight screws that was not needed. Thankfully, I had it removed in 2017. I am Still having issues with my foot!!!
If I could give Dr. Zasada a zero I would do so!! In 2016, I went to his office because I had mild discomfort with a bunion on my right foot. He took x- rays and suggested placing hardware in my foot. I consulted another Specialty and he said that procedure was old and not what I needed. I went back to Dr. Zasada and told him what the other doctor had recommended. He stated that his diagnosis was not what I needed. Highly recommend this professional Podiatrist Surgeon. Dr. Zasada will always treat you with respect, he is courteous and will take the time to inform/explain medical condition, options available and he will always listen to your concerns. You will always be a patient and not a number!!
I am beyond happy with Dr. Zasada . his "bedside manner" is wonderful . He treated me with great respect while I was in the ER and continued to treat me well after my amputation while in the hospital . I go into his office for follow up today . I would recommend him in a heart beat .
