If I could give a half a star or less I would. I had been a long standing patient since 2017 and as the years have gone on I started noticing the care and customer service I received from Dr. Xie and his staff have declined exponentially. I have never been so appalled by you Dr. Kevin Xie medically neglecting my son and dismissing his diagnosis. After I had the documentation from the ENT stating what was wrong . You turned around and asked my son “Where you depressed “? “Were you tired “ ? Just told him you need more physical therapy completely medically neglecting my son .
