His office staff is very quick and personal. I’ve been greeted by my name as soon as I walk through the door every time. Dr. Xie himself is also a very personal man, he has a wonderful recollection of your reason for his medical help. He has become my best doctor for treating my epilepsy.
Very bad experience with this Doctor, I feel that he do not care about patient feelings, i had the impression that he only cares about selling all kind of tests, without the patient opinion and feelings about it, so he can maximize profits. I had my arm shaking uncontrollably and went to ER for evaluation, next day I made an appointment with him to discuss the results of my hospital tests, he poorly glance at my results without any comment about it. Front staff are friendly but the doctor always seems like he just wants to get you in and out and cash that check, every appointment of mine hasn’t been longer than 5 minutes. Always focused on the computer and everything he whole time I’ve been with him nothing at all has changed and doesn’t consider anything I say. Last time he just switched up the medication completely instead of helping me get off the meds. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody for the sake of your sanity
From making the appointment to seeing the doctor was fast and the front desk is very professional and pleasant . Dr. Xie is pleasant and I felt comfortable and confident having him as my Neurologist.
The staff and Doctor were very efficient. I was early and they still took me in to the office ahead of schedule. I really liked the Doctor.
