It's not about what you want If you have ideas about how you want your yard to look, do NOT contact this company. When the designer came to my house he didn't write a word that I said down and instead of the elements that I wanted in the design, I received a $42,000 hodgepodge four weeks later. Never again - poor customer service Contacted company and Kevin Wood came out for the initial meeting and said he'd send over quote in a few days. After one month, called, left message, called back and said he'd send quote in a week. After a month, called again. Someone else from the company called telling me that Kevin has lost the file and we needed to start over. I didn't call back. If they didn't want the job, they should have just said so up front. Poor, poor customer service.
