I was searching for a reputable commercial real estate lender for some help with a difficult financing situation with a small retail center. Kevin has been super valuable in assisting my team with obtaining the most optimal debt financing for our real estate projects. It's incredibly difficult to navigate all of the requirements imposed by lenders but with Kevin's help we feel more comfortable with the process and our ability to close. Highly recommended.

Kevin worked got me an apartment loan with a great interest rate and terms. The process went very smoothly. I got enough cash out to do some deferred maintenance on the building. I would definitely use him again.

Kevin helped me navigate the long process of getting a multi unit commercial loan. He especially helped putting all the financial information together in a presentable format. One that would be attractive to the lenders. These types of loans are not quickly put together. I'm glad Kevin was there to hold my hand through the process.
