Dr. Wong continues to be an excellent physician. He is patient and communicates clearly. The professionalism he evidences in his interactions with us is commendable. He's attentive, listening to what I, as a patient, discuss with him. Any expectations of procedures are presented during consultations.
Uncaring. Staff lied about not accepting and then not receiving fax approval from Tri West which they did accept and got paid in seven days. Dr. Wong uncaring. When I explained my pain was so severe that I could only make my appointment via ambulance they got back to me and said if my pain is that bad go to the ER. I explained I had been to the ER twice and all they could do was give me ibuprofen which was useless. Dr Wong is very compassionate and explains everything in detail pointing out areas in scan. Takes time to answer my questions. I couldn’t be in better hands!
I saw Dr. Wong at Desert orthopedics in the Eisenhower building 415 S. Palm Canyon. I refused care for my low back. I did not want ablation. I had it on my neck two or three times and I still have sharp sticking pain so I decided I didn’t want it on my low back. I have Ben a patient of Dr Wong for several years and I can say that with out a doubt he is the best. I am used to Healthcare being a real pain an experance with him is the total opposite. He is extremely detailed and will help with any anxiety about surgery. Truely a 5 star guy he has changed my life.
