We were on vacation with our Escalade when we had to bring it for service to Kevin Whitaker Cadillac for the first time. To our surprise, we were welcomed as warmly as we would have been at our “home” dealership. We felt especially lucky to work with Jerry, who, in addition to being efficient, pleasant and funny, hustled our vehicle through service in record time so that we could get right back on the road.
