Dr Lanighan is a skilled professional who does an excellent job! I suffered with severe carpal tunnel pain for YEARS (even the doc who did my nerve test, after he had the results in-hand, was like, "idk what you did, but you've gotta get this fixed- you got a lot of years to live and you CANNOT live them with this!). I did not have a good experience. I had hand and wrist pain, and was seen by the PA, not the Doctor. The appointment was fine and seemed helpful initially. However I had a follow up question about exercise and PT(I called twice) and was told that the PA would call me. However it is almost 2 weeks and I have still not received a call back from the PA. This is not good healthcare, and feels disrespectful. It was not enough to provide an office visit , and then not be available for a follow up question.
Professional and welcoming. Took the time to explain in detail and easy to understand diagnosis and treatments. Visit was not rushed and I felt valued as a patient.
Calm ok it took forever for the doctor to see me . He explained as to why he took a long time to see me. Than went over the paper work with me and ten it made it better.
No bedside manner!!!! Arrogant and condescending.
