The entire process—from Natalie at intake, to Janis as the transaction coordinator, to Kevin and Megan Toll—are true experts. They understand the market, and they tell it how it is. Selling a house with the wrong agent can be a nightmare, but when I work with The Toll Group, they make the process easy and seamless.

I recently worked with Megan, Kevin and the rest of the Toll Group team on a condo I was selling. Start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. Communication was great and they were able to negotiate an over asking price with great terms. Of all of the agents I’ve worked with in the past, this is a team of professionals that take their job seriously. Highly recommend!
