Very caring. When I go out of town I always forget a very important medication and have to call him. He always takes care of getting me the medication. I have been going to him since the beginning of his practice and my daughter and husband go to him also!
Has compassion and listens to concerns, but wait time in treatment room is way too long each and every visit!
I was very impressed with his compassion. He takes the time to listen to you. His staff are great. They follow up on your needs . Thanks
This doctor cannot help you with anything. Pushes pills or shots. Been to him many times and misdiagnosed every time. Pushes pills and shots that do not work. They tell you no copay when you are leaving, then two months later, send you a bill. When I complained about that they kicked me out of the practice. You will wait hours for him to see you and when you do, he will leave right in the middle of a session and not come back after waiting again. We love Dr. Vo, a very caring doctor.
His office staff is professional and yet very personable. As a new patient I was looking for specifics in my husband's and my care. Dr. Vo went above and beyond my expectations. He should me that he was very dedicated about finding the underlying problems with both of our health conditions. I highly recommend him. He has an office in Rowlett, TX. M-W and an office in Rockwall, TX, T-F. Both places mean that we will have immediate care when needed.
One of the best Doctors I have ever seen. He is caring and does not miss a thing. He takes him time and truly cares. His office staff is beyond wonderful. I have found my Doctor for life.
This is one of best doctors I ever had the pleasure of being under their medical care for. He is very kind and compassionate and takes time to listen to you His staff is super nice. I highly recommend him.
