Kevin and I met in late 2019 as I was remodeling my Utah home for sale as I was moving out of state. Realistically, it was going to be a starter home for someone. We purchased a home at one of the toughest times in the past 2 decades. Homes were on the market less than 48 hours and that required an incredible amount of patience and flexibility from Kevin.
