Dr. Smalley was very thorough, and considerate. I did not feel rushed.
After advertising they’re accepting new patients, they reached out to cancel my appointment because they were “too busy” for my virtual appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. No big loss, as my appointment was apparently with an iPad instead of a person. If you’d like to get shut down by a tablet, you’ve found your provider.
