A job well done. The best part was Nathan, an extremely skilled craftsman. He had ideas (GOOD ONES!) that enhanced the project beautifully. The final payment was made the day after completion of the project, which was to our liking. It was a bother to continue to receive invoices over and over after the final payment was made. This billing process needs improvement.
We recently had gutters and outdoor window trim installed on our large historic building, originally built in 1843, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The KSSI team did an amazing job—working quickly, efficiently, and with great respect for the property’s character. Their crew was professional, courteous, and left everything clean and tidy. They just installed 2 new storm doors and door knobs and the work was efficient and timely.
