I visited Dr. Kevin Spires about a week ago for vaginal and urination pain. I was told I needed a surgery that I had very few symptoms for, only after being talked to for about 5 minutes. Last night I was rushed to the ER for extreme back pain and vagina discomfort. I was told at the ER that I had an untreated UTI and Kidney dehydration. My first visit to a urologist. Dr Spires excellent 'bedside manners' Didn't expect a scope first visit but Dr was very reassuring and explained it all with a sense of humor that I truly appreciate!!! Front staff was wonderful and friendly, Nurses in the back were kind and friendly and also very light hearted. Very happy this was who my primary doctor referred me too. Thank you all!!!
