My first visit to a urologist. Dr Spires excellent 'bedside manners' Didn't expect a scope first visit but Dr was very reassuring and explained it all with a sense of humor that I truly appreciate!!! Front staff was wonderful and friendly, Nurses in the back were kind and friendly and also very light hearted. Very happy this was who my primary doctor referred me too. Thank you all!!!
Been seeing Dr Spires for six years. Great listener with a sense of humor.
Dr. Spires is an exceptional doctor. He was very knowledgeable and took plenty of time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend him as a physician. However, the person making appointments is very rude and belittling. She does not want to make any appointments for some reason. She was rude last year when making my first appointment and was again this year. For this reason I have decided to find another physician. This is very unfortunate.
Just attempted to call to make an appointment and the lady on the phone seemed to do everything possible to avoid setting one up. Very rude and dismissive. I’m completely new to scheduling Dr visits and attempted to explain that I have a referral but instantly met with a referral for what we do a lot of things here. I said that the things mentioned by my doctor which were all directly related to that specialty, but as soon as I said colon she immediately interjected with we don’t do the colon here.
