Honestly, I'm a little shocked at reading the review by Kaprescious. First of all, the only reason I went to this website was to find Dr. Rieser's phone number, which I had misplaced. My mother and I found Dr. Rieser not only very helpful and professional but also kind and considerate. He helped my mother from the car into his office because she is handicapped and uses a walker. Horrible businessman... Horrible communicator! Bought a hearing aid from him, My great grandmother's hearing aid broke and he is not returning any phone calls. He hasn't taken any accountability for anything.
