Dr. Higgins seems incredibly knowledgeable and I have a lot of respect for that. However, he needs to work on his active listening skills. Patients - and people in general - do not feel heard when Dr. Higgins talks over them. It's like he's been practicing for so long that he doesn't have to listen to the patient in front of him because already knows what they're going to say. Took my wife with a broken ankle to see “specialist”. He did not checked her, did not put a cast or boot. Sent her out and told her to buy a boot and come back in 3 weeks. Very unprofessional and was in a hurry.
This guy and his whole team is a joke and should be allowed to practice medicine. He and his team killed my feet at Northeast baptist hospital then discharged me with determination to my legs and feet. Made me catch a taxi back to my vehicle. I had to drive to another state with dead feet just to get assistance to have both my legs amputated put a negative bill on my credit report. told me i had better hurry any find another hospital before the maggots and flies come fime me.
