I walked in this Doctors office with confidence and pride in myself and walked out wanting to crawl into a hole. When someone struggles with their weight and to be told the pain I have in my body could be caused because I’m obese, was just beyond no bed side manors. Then to mark me on my paper work as morbid obese. Yes my bmi is in the 40s but to body shame me was just disrespectful. Thanks to him I’m back feeling worthless about myself. I went there for nerve pain, not to be body shamed.
Dr. Hargrave was very kind and thorough. He explained to me what my scans showed & didn't show, and was very understanding of my concerns.
Rude repeatedly used foul language. He was condescending and spoke to his staff at length and ignored me.
Dr Hargrove and his staff are incredibly friendly. I was seen on time for my appointment and never felt rushed or ignored during my exam. I left my exam feeling very relieved and informed about my treatment.
