Went to see him. Was actively having seizures in front of him. Was sent immediately for an eeg…… before thanksgiving!!!! As of December 12, they still haven’t read it!! Have been calling, only to be told they haven’t gotten to it yet! Down plays your concerns. Lies to you about results.

I have never had a worse customer experience. They just don't care at all about your time or the customer experience over the phone. I have been trying for TWO MONTHS to get a document from them. TWO MONTHS!
I walked in this Doctors office with confidence and pride in myself and walked out wanting to crawl into a hole. When someone struggles with their weight and to be told the pain I have in my body could be caused because I’m obese, was just beyond no bed side manors. Then to mark me on my paper work as morbid obese. Yes my bmi is in the 40s but to body shame me was just disrespectful. Thanks to him I’m back feeling worthless about myself. I went there for nerve pain, not to be body shamed.
