Horrendous bedside manner. Possibly racist. Negligent. Discharged a severely ill patient with nothing but a prescription for opioids. This same patient was diagnosed with a rare, life threatening bacterial infection after a second opinion. Considering reporting to the medical board, as should other patients of this physician.
Do you always send pneumonias patients with sodium 127 home. Especially when staying in the 70s ? At the very least you could have offered hospital at home to check on her. I looked you up to see what dumb PA did this. To find a dumb physician.
An ER visit due to concussion symptoms after a head injury, only to be told it was likely a migraine; with nurse stating she believed it to be a concussion. Basic neuro checks were done; however, no imaging was done, no treatment was provided outside of nausea med/tylenol, no information was sent home for monitoring tips, no recommendation on follow-up with pcp. FU with pcp 4 days later, due to ongoing symptoms, deemed the symptoms to be 100% concussion related. Too late for imaging at this point. Now consulting with concuss... read more
