Dr. Paul was a polite man, his nursing staff though is the reason for the bad review. I was charged $30 for them to fax a form to my insurance a week ago and I have called 3 times since to get the run around on why the form was not filled out when they faxed it over to my I surface and now I may not receive a paycheck this week and all I get from this is more of "when we get to it, we will get it done" from his staff i definitely will be changing to a different specialist if I cant trust them with a simple form.
